Registration asks only for what I need to run my classes: your name, your student's name and grade, and how to reach you.

I never sell your information, and nobody advertises to you because of it. A small set of services helps me run the program, and each sees only what it needs to do its job:

• My registration system stores your details securely (hosted on Render).
• Resend delivers the system's own emails — confirmations, sign-in links, receipts.
• Mailchimp sends my occasional announcements; every one includes an unsubscribe link.
• Google Analytics shows me how families find this website. It never sees your registration information.
• Sentry alerts me when something on the site breaks.

Payments arrive by Zelle through your own bank. I never see or store card numbers.
